ABOUT SOLIVEA

What does SOLIVEA mean?
SOLIVEA comes from the Spanish words "sol" (sun) and "vivir" (to live). It reflects our belief that self-care is not a luxury, but a
daily act of presence — an invitation to return to yourself, one small ritual at a time.

Is SOLIVEA a small business?
Yes. SOLIVEA is a small, independent brand built with intention. We are based in Las Vegas, Nevada and ship across the United States.

Where are your products made?
Our European Glow skincare and hair care products are formulated in Europe and shipped from U.S.-based fulfillment warehouses. Our
Ritual Wearables (scrunchies and headbands) are designed in-house and made to order in the United States through our print-on-demand
partner.

PRODUCTS

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. SOLIVEA products are cruelty-free. Our fulfillment partners do not test on animals.

Are your ingredients clean?
Yes. Our European Glow collection features carefully sourced, high-quality ingredients including Nordic cloudberry, vetiver, keratin,
and Damask rose. Our formulations are free from parabens, sulfates, and unnecessary fillers.

Can I use SOLIVEA if I have sensitive skin?
Our formulations are designed to be gentle, but every skin is different. We recommend reviewing the full ingredient list on each
product page before purchase. If you have specific allergies or concerns, please consult your dermatologist.

Do your products have an expiration date?
Yes. Each product carries a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging indicating how long it remains effective after being
opened. Unopened products remain stable for up to 24 months from the manufacture date.

SHIPPING DELIVERY

Where do you ship?
Currently, SOLIVEA ships across all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam). International
shipping is not yet available.

How long does delivery take?
• Skincare and hair care: 2–5 business days after processing.
• Accessories and Ritual Wearables: 4–8 business days (includes 1–3 days production).

How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a $7.49 flat rate. Orders over $50 ship free.

Can I track my order?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

What if my package is lost?
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, please contact us at info@shopsolivea.com. We will investigate with the carrier
and offer a full refund or replacement.

ORDERS PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We never store your full
credit card information.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting info@shopsolivea.com. Once your order has
been processed for fulfillment, we cannot guarantee changes.

RETURNS REFUNDS

Can I return a product?
For hygiene reasons standard in the skincare industry, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However:

• Damaged or defective items: Full refund or replacement, no return required.
• Wrong item received: We send the correct item at no cost.
• Unopened items in original packaging: Eligible for SOLIVEA store credit within 30 days.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. It may take an additional 5–10 days to appear
in your account depending on your bank.

RITUAL WEARABLES

What are your scrunchies and headbands made of?
Our Ritual Wearables are made from sustainable fabrics by our print-on-demand partner. Each piece is produced to order, reducing waste
and overproduction.

How should I care for my Ritual Wearables?
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach or fabric softener.
