SOLIVEA SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with SOLIVEA. Below you will find everything you need to know about how, when, and where your order will
arrive.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) after payment confirmation. You
will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING RATES

• Standard Shipping: $7.49 flat rate
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary by product category. All items ship from our U.S.-based fulfillment partners.

• Skincare Hair Care (European Glow collection): 2–5 business days after processing.
• Accessories Ritual Wearables: 4–8 business days total (1–3 days production + 3–5 days transit).
Orders containing items from both categories may arrive in separate shipments at no additional cost to you.

WHERE WE SHIP

SOLIVEA currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam).

International shipping is not yet available. We plan to expand to Canada and select international destinations in the near future.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package in real time using the
link provided.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at
info@shopsolivea.com. 

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to:

• Carrier disruptions (weather, peak holiday seasons, operational issues)
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Customs or regional processing (for U.S. territories)

SOLIVEA is not responsible for delays once a package has been handed off to the carrier, but we will always do our best to assist you
in resolving any shipping issue.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

1. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, neighbors).
2. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
3. Reach out to us at info@shopsolivea.com within 7 days of the delivery date if the package cannot be located.

For packages that arrive damaged, please take clear photos of the package and contents within 48 hours of delivery and email them to
info@shopsolivea.com. We will review your case and offer a replacement or full refund. 

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at info@shopsolivea.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once
your order has been processed, we cannot guarantee address changes.
